On this episode we emphasize the significance of discernment as a vital tool for making aligned decisions. We redefine intimacy to include self-awareness and personal fulfillment.
We go heavy into contextualizing and de-contextualizing discernment. For many women, particularly those who have been conditioned to prioritize relationships over self-awareness, understanding what discernment means can be transformative. It is through discernment that we women are able to make decisions in life aligned with our internal desires (in integrity), it is discernment that allows us to weave sustainable relationships, it is discernment that constantly moves us towards honor our own needs as a woman.

On this episode we explore what we considered are the most profound internal addictions women experience and share.
What women? The women experiencing life with her man in p*rn addiction and/or any other escapism strategy such as alcohol, drugs, over working, NUMBING & SELF-AVOIDANCE… behaviors that lead him to be in disconnection of himself, his purpose, GOD,
and ultimately his family: you his wife and his children.
The three of us - myself co-hosting with Kaley and Annette - deepen on concepts such as self-gaslighting, self-invalidation, self-abandonment, numbing and avoidance… The way these behaviors were showing up within us, what we have discovered at the other side of those repetitive patterns and the internal process we go through when these patterns still show up in our lives.
