Нас потеряли в горах! Случай, который мог закончиться грустно.
У вас были случаи на грани жизни и смерти? Мы как-то с братом в лесу встречали психически больного с ножом, как-то меня чуть не потеряли на докторском столе и было ещё много всего, как из сериала, где пытаются впихнуть не впихуемое. Когда я начинаю рассказывать историю, меня частенько спрашивают сколько мне лет, что их столько, я говорю, что я просто вампир и уже очень много. А в этот раз, очередная история, как мы занимались хайкингом, нас запыли в скалах, мы 8 часов бродили под солнцем, и вообще это могла быть история с сильно трагичным концом, но теперь о ней только теплые воспоминания и это очередное крутое воспоминание. Перегорела
Я тут словила очень жесткое выгорание, с последствиями до сих пор справляюсь, но уже сильно лучше. Это очень пугающее состояние. Раньше была усталость, сильное переутомление, но это всё такие мелочи, как я теперь понимаю людей, у которых иногда срывает крышу и идёт страшное отторжение к любимому делу. Удобный и комфортный
Мне очень часто рассказывают какой я должна быть, а ещё желательно, чтобы всем было удобно, как будто себе диванчик выбирают.
