Podcast Overview

Welcome to Future Generations, a podcast from Octopus that examines our rapidly changing world and what impact this will have on businesses and investments. We invite experts across a wide range of fields to share their insights and ask what businesses can do to contribute and thrive in the just transition to a sustainable future. This series was originally created for Octopus staff, but the content was so good we’ve decided to share it with others. At Octopus, we strongly believe there is no trade-off between ‘doing good’ and ‘making money’. Indeed, we believe that ‘good’ companies, which understand what it means to make the world a better place, will deliver better financial returns for their investors over the coming decades.   As a certified B Corp, we are committed to making the world a better place, and we actively seek to invest in companies that are:  1. Building a sustainable planet  2. Empowering people and  3. Revitalising healthcare  For more information about Octopus and how we do things please visit https://octopusgroup.com/octopus-esg-policy/
