Sie meistern diese mit viel Erfahrung, Empathie und Passion. </p><p>Wir haben mitgehört und erfahren von ihnen, wie sie ihre anspruchsvolle Arbeit bewältigen, welche Fähigkeiten es braucht und was das Schöne an dieser Tätigkeit ist. </p><p>Le service clientèle d'Amavita et de Sun Store répond à 25 000 demandes par an. Les collaborateurs y rencontrent de multiples défis et types de clients. Rund 400 Botschafterinnen und Botschafter vertreten das Programm im Alltag nach innen und nach aussen.</p><p>Wir haben zwei von ihnen getroffen, die uns begeistert von ihrer Zusatzaufgabe erzählt haben.</p><p>Eine Podcast-Folge, die mit einem bigsmile glücklich macht! <p><strong>Bichsel Home Care</strong> ist auf Enterale und Parenterale Ernährung, Antibiotikatherapie, Schmerztherapie sowie Infusionstherapie spezialisiert. Die rund 30 Pflegefachkräfte und Ernährungsberatende des Home Care Aussendienst-Teams besuchen ihre Patientinnen in ihrem Daheim und ermöglichen ihnen <strong>mit viel Knowhow und Herzblut mehr Lebensqualität</strong>.</p><p>Wir durften <strong>David </strong>bei einem Patientenbesuch begleiten und haben erlebt, dass diese Aufgabe <strong>facettenreich </strong>ist und die Mitarbeitenden im Home-Care-Bereich eine Fülle von Fähigkeiten mitbringen, um diesen anspruchsvollen Job ausführen zu können. </p>
