<p>Taking control of your cravings may take some strategy and a bit of practice but it is possible. In this solo episode, Sona covers why we’re addicted to sugar and gives some tips to help curb cravings. For example taking a pause and reflecting; time restricted eating and setting boundaries; plus finding out your genomic map and how you’re potentially making and metabolizing neurotransmitters can really help identify areas of concern. </p> <p>Halloween seems to kick off the season of indulgent sweets, and by the time New Year’s gets here, most people’s #1 resolution is getting back in shape! We’re definitely faced with a lot of situations that test our willpower.
