Nadia adalah salah satu sahabat kita yang pernah mengalami MDD. Apa itu MDD?</p> <p>MDD itu merupakan bagian dari tipe-tipe depresi yang menurunkan mood kita secara drastis.</p> <p>Biasanya orang dengan MDD itu mengalami fase downnya minimal 2 minggu secara berturut-turut</p> <p>Gejalanya ditandai dengan munculnya perasaan sedih yang berlebih, putus asa, nelangsa hingga yang paling ekstrem adalah munculnya keinginan untuk bunuh diri</p> <p>Namun setelah perjuangan yang panjang Ia mampu bangkit dan saat ini Nadia sedang melanjutkan studinya di Jepang. </p> <p>Kami berharap semoga dengan berkisah teman-teman dapat sedikit melepaskan beban yang ada ya. </p> <p>Pun juga untuk pendengar, semoga kisah-kisah yang diceritakan dapat memberikan sebuah kacamata untuk memperluas sudut pandang dalam kehidupan </p> <p><br></p> <p>#semangat #genggamerat #jabaterat #berbagicerita</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>
