Gilson Sensei Conversations will share thoughts and resources around a wide range of topics related to personal leadership, lifelong learning, faith, family and football. Our conversations will be impacted through the lens of life experiences and a belief that everyone should be learning every day. The first person any leader leads is themself. Helping that process in my own life is a love of reading, and interactions with others over 35 years in education, coaching more than 70 teams (65 football), 40 yrs and counting of marriage, 6 grown children, 7 grandchildren and counting and a belief we all can learn from each other. I hope you'll enjoy the ideas and reach out to participate in the conversations.
