<p>Hello Friends,</p> <p>Thank you for tuning back into the podcast.</p> <p>This episode was recorded a while back but I allowed anxiety to do a number on me with uploading. I listened back and realised how much of a message it is and needed to share it with the world. A topic that so many of us are going through and seems to manifest itself in different ways throughout the days and years.</p> <p>I touch on several things here including self-assessment, reflection, perception and ideology; to name a few.
