Go Health Yourself - Episode 27
Episode 27 - Recorded on 8/11/2022 - Thank you for listening to the Go Health Yourself Podcast. John and Joe hope you're living your best life, accomplishing goals, and working towards genuine happiness. A great quote states "Anyone can manifest what they need with the right support." The mind is like a garden; if you plant the correct thoughts and maintain it, it'll flourish into something beautiful. If you don't tend to it, "weeds" will grow and your mind will be unorganized and full of rampant, repetitive thoughts. To minimize rampant thoughts acknowledge what your thoughts are and work on controlling them. This can be done with meditation, exercise, and healthy eating. We go over how moderation is the key to most things in life, the medicinal benefits of cannabis, and how truth is everything. We also discuss the corruption and disorganization in the political system and mainstream media, how financial literacy is extremely important, the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and the necessity for light and dark a.k.a. Yin Yang. Follow your dream friends. The future is bright. Be aware and careful what content you consume. Always remember, to change the external world you have to work on your inner self. Go Health Yourself friends...
