WOA Explanation: Slyck Cuttas

Barbershops have always been a cherished place in our community, allowing us to connect around getting our hair done. As a part of The Re-NAISSANCE, Me In the Brain did a collaboration with a dope barbershop, Slyck Cuttas, founded by two young men from Georgia. This 30-min clip we did with the founders of Slyck Cuttas describes the artwork designed by @sugaraaay and discusses the collection of songs we chose to describe the experience at Slyck Cuttas. Check out the barbershop at @slyckcuttas on IG, or in-person at 6133D Backlick Road Springfield, VA 22160. The songs can be found on Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal.
