<p><b>Jade sat down this week with the founder and lead consultant of the Essential Education Group, Emma Pinnock. </b></p><p><b>Emma can only be described as being an incredibly positive force in education and within the special educational needs and disabilities space, a space that she has specialised her knowledge in from the outset of her continued education to become an educator and teacher. </b></p><p><b>Emma’s careers  prior to founding the consultancy that she now leads, she worked in primary school education, traversing teaching and leadership roles, all whilst developing her expertise in the educational and curriculum needs of children with autism. </b></p><p><b>As an educator Emma has flourished in a rich and varied career. With over 20 years spent teaching and working in a wide range of environments including PRU’s, Hospital schools, Special schools and Mainstream education. </b></p><p><b>Emma describes herself as having a passion and purpose in supporting SEND education, a path that evolved resulting from her professional and personal Journey.
