<p>In March of 2025 I systematically challenged every U.S. Governor to a non-lethal duel using private civilian phone lines and a private civilian voicemail system. I then took the voice files and emailed them to all of my private civilian emails at midnight over the course of 50 days. I attempted to release these voice files on my website theduel.us but was unsuccessful. This is my second attempt at releasing the files. My hope is that the governors will realize the value of my presentation and we will not have to duel. Thank you.</p>
