De dagen zijn vol, de gasten tevreden, maar het plezier is soms moeilijk te vinden.</p><p>In deze aflevering spreek ik (Harold) met Emile de Vente van Harz Hotel Iris, die samen met zijn vrouw Rita midden in de coronatijd een hotel is Duitsland overnam.</p><p>Emile vertelt open over de keuzes die ze maakten, het leren loslaten en wat ondernemen met hart echt betekent.
