<p>We're so excited to premiere the launch of Grit & Grace with none other than one of the people in Pamela's personal and professional circle, and fierce activist & member of the LGBTQ+ community, Tom Barker! </p> <p><br></p> <p>More on Tom here: </p> <p>Born and raised in the industrial centre of the U.K, Tom is no stranger to the diverse workforce.</p> <p>Spending his time as a professional photographer & graphic designer, Tom is creative, fun and has an infectious personality, sprinkled in with some realism.</p> <p>After a successful tenure in people management, and at only 26 years old, Tom comes with a multitude of knowledge on what it means to be a diverse employer, as well as to be a diverse employee. </p> <p>Often referred to a "empowerment boss", Tom fosters a safe and open environment for real, active conversation to create a truly diverse environment.</p> <p>As a current sitting member on the Country Music Alberta Awards Committee, Director on both the Okotoks Film Festival Board Of Directors & the Okotoks Pride Board, Tom prioritizes community involvement throughout his career and will continue to work with local organizations & charities to ensure diversity and inclusion across the workforce.</p> <p>Tom can usually be found out on his bike through the summer, on the ski hills in the winter and most definitely locked in an escape room year round.</p>
