Mentale Gesundheit – Gespräch mit Wilfried Schuman
In dieser Folge wollen wir uns anlässlich des erneuten härteren Lockdowns und der Weihnachtszeit mit dem Thema psychische Gesundheit auseinandersetzen. Dafür haben wir mit Wilfried Schuman gesprochen, Leiter des Psychologischen Beratungs-Service des Studentenwerks Oldenburg. Es ging um seine Arbeit mit den Studierenden, wie man das Stigma von dem Thema Mentale Gesundheit lösen kann, um die Auswirkungen der Corona-Maßnahmen auf die Psyche und was man gegen Einsamkeit in der oft auch sehr druckausübenden Weihnachtszeit tun kann, insbesondere in Coronazeiten.
