No trabalho, buscamos observar esse fato sob as óticas: A) do militares e suas respectivas famílias; B) da sociedade que assistiu espantada a todo o horror da violência; C) dos cidadãos sem ficha criminal que aproveitaram a situação para cometer crimes.
