Zor duygular hissederken bile kendimize şefkatli bakabilmek, bir adım geri çekilip nefes alabilmek, o duyguların yıkıcı etkisini hafifletmek ve kendimize şefkat göstermeyi deneyimlemek için hazırladım bu meditasyon kaydını.Meditasyon kaydı olduğundan, meditasyon yapabileceğiniz bir anda dinlemeniz daha iyi olacaktır :) Ve unutmamalıyızki Biz duygularımız değiliz, onlar karakterimiz değil, kaderimiz hiç değil.. Yani, hiçbiri Biz değil, Biz'im de değil.. Onlar her zaman var olacak, her zaman gelecek ve bize bir şeyler öğretecek. Onları yok saymadan ve reddetmeden bize ne anlatmaya çalışıyorlarsa, görme, farketme ve değiştirme sorumluluğu hep bizim olacak. Bizi aynı davranışa iten şey, aynı duyguyu yaşamaktır.. O duygu değişmedikçe, davranışın değişmeyeceğini, davranış değişmeyince sonucun değişmeyeceğini öğrenmek gerek!.. Sevgiler..
