<p>Hey everyone, my name is Gundy and welcome to Gundys Thoughts Podcast. This podcast, more or less is a way for me to process my thoughts-</p> <p>a type of podcast-blog I suppose. A part of this verbal process, is asking questions, asking questions helps to understand, and allows me to sidestep misunderstanding and frustrations.</p> <p>I lived a lot of my early life just going about my day and not really critically thinking about the world around me. Only a few years ago did I start asking questions, and allowing people in my life, to speak into my life. Once this process started happening I discovered that the more I learned about myself and the more I payed attention to my surroundings, my memory started to improve and I became more aware of what was happening around me and in the larger scope of things, the world. And I can't help but think, if this happened to me, how many more people in the world go about life in this way?</p> <p>One of the aims of this podcast is to open the door to critical thinking and asking questions. I know I've said that a lot, however its something that has massively helped me in my life and in my career.
