佛大資訊應用學系協助佛光山全球道場的志工服務，系上學生對於服務文化相當堅持，在學校的協助下，補助交通、食宿及生活費，利用暑期時間前往歐美各國進行二個半月服務。 本集由節目主持人牛隆光訪問資應學系李苡郡同學，這個大女孩對於社會服務有一股執著的熱愛，並學會從付出中，找到對於資訊科技的愛。她利用暑假期間出國實習服務，實習期間學會如何架網站、拍直播、寫新聞稿，甚至還有做甜點招待來賓，並在假日暢遊西班牙、法國的景點，能夠在全球化脈絡下體驗歐洲的美，有助於未來對於多元文化的認識與適應。
