SO, jetzt ist es soweit. Alle Kalenderblätter sind umgedreht und auch der elektrische Kalender auf unseren Handys zeigt eine neue Jahreszahl an. 2023.Ein neues Jahr ist schon alleine deswegen richtig klasse, weil es uns so leicht fällt, einfach mal die reset Taste zu drücken. Rest heißt, alles zurück auf Anfang - Cache leeren und ohne Altlast das Neue Jahr beginnen.Und damit sich dieses drücken der reset-Taste auch gut anfühlt, hilft vielleicht ein kleines Ritual. Episode 211: 211 Gute Chefs „Schluss mit Aufschieben“

In Deutschland gibt es ja eine ganze Menge an ehemaligen Militärflughäfen, gerade in den neuen Bundesländern. Die meisten davon sind heute Privatflughäfen. Eines gibt es, was alle diese ehemaligen military airports gemein haben und das ist eine ewig lange Landebahn. Kein Wunder, denn früher sind da große Flugzeuge und Jets unterwegs gewesen und die brauchen schon ein bisschen mehr Strecke, als so ein kleiner Flieger mit nem Quirl vorne dran.Oft sagt einem der Mann im Turm dann schon „lange Landung“, was soviel heißt wie, setz nicht gleich am Anfang der Bahn auf, sonst rollst Du ewig bis zum Terminal.Warum mir das gerade ein fällt? Ganz einfach, ich hab das Gefühl, das es vielen Unternehmen im Augenblick so geht, dass sie auf einer ganz langen Startbahn unterwegs sind. Und viele mussten in den letzten 2 Jahren so in Schrittgeschwindigkeit vor sich hin rollen, immer in der Erwartung endlich die Startfreigabe zu bekommen und den Gashebel nach vorne zu schieben.Und genau an der Stelle sind jetzt viele Unternehmen. Viele haben den Gashebel in der Hand und viele haben ihn auch schon bis zum Anschlag nach vorne geschoben und starten jetzt mit Vollgas in lange aufgeschobene Projekte.Und damit sind wir mitten im Thema der heutigen Sendung im Podcast GUTE CHEFS.
