<p>你知道什么是「觉知」吗？</p><p>……</p><p>《好人相逢》第二期内容发生于一处三面环雪山的山坳平地上，海拔2250m，空气清新，湿度宜人，温度舒适。那里有水声，有鸟鸣，有像雪一般飘摇的杨絮，有绵长的一整天去发呆和放空。</p><p>我们煮茶、闲谈，感受风，感受「雪」，感受山，感受内心的自己……现在，把这个美妙又轻松的过程，分享给你。不加修饰的。</p><p>……</p><p>他说：“让它引导你去做身体的扫描，去觉知你的头顶，去觉知你的眉心，去觉知你的眼睛，觉知你的鼻子、嘴、面部肌肉，耳朵、喉咙、双肩、手臂、手指、手掌、胸口，你的腹部肌肉，你的背部肌肉，你背的下半部，你的臀部肌肉，你的身体的重量，你的大腿肌肉，你的小腿肌肉，你的脚趾和脚掌，然后再从下到上，再回来一次，它就重复的用一些很基础的去训练你的心，然后再慢慢慢慢的进阶变化其他的方法，一阶一阶的往上走，它就是让你形成一种条件反射。”</p><p>她说：“雪，正在向我们涌来。”</p><p>她说：“当代年轻人的精神遗产是备忘录和网易云。”</p><p>他说：“过于抓住这个东西，可能对我未来的人生……你需要去做一个平衡，我觉得我在种地的时候，在和土地去做链接的时候，我自己觉得非常的舒服，就现当下这个状态。”</p><p>她说：“手作者赋予它的生命温度是一半，使用者赋予它另一半，当这两者结合在一起，它才是一个完整的、立体的生命。”</p><p>她说：“风原本没有声音，因为与物交互，才有了声音。水也是。”</p><p>她说：“无所事事，就很美。”</p><p>他说：“我也喜欢这种，不要太匆忙，静下来，安安静静的。”</p><p>她说：“川西的春天，刚刚来。我很喜欢这个嫩绿色，它代表了一种生命力，蛰伏很久，破土的这种生命力。”</p><p>……</p><p>感谢大家的聆听。</p><p>感谢本期嘉宾，栋。（📕 🔍：<a href="https://www.xiaohongshu.com/user/profile/5bcaaba0b39f660001a75fad?xhsshare=CopyLink&appuid=62efffa6000000001e01e40a&apptime=1719476160">毒果凍</a>）</p><p>感谢本期的雪山、风、水流、颂钵、茶杯。</p><p>我们下期再见。</p><p>……</p><p>注：栋的空间，目前暂未完全对陌生人开放。若有同频者若是喜欢，可以试着找寻或联络他。这或许就是一个扎根于土地的i人，在理想方式和面包之间，最简单质朴的平衡。</p>
