【好享一個人】 EP05 宅在家的追劇時光-不出門，也能乘風破浪 (乘風2025)
<p>今天我想分享,現在已播到第六季的,《乘風破浪的姐姐》。 <br /> 現在這節目改名為《乘風》，以年份區分，今年是《乘風2025》，但我還是習慣叫它「浪姐」。 <br />這個節目吸引我，不只是因為歌舞表演，更多的是它讓我看到—群三十歲以上的女性，在節目中,因應節目規則,如何在人生的不同階段，重新出發、挑戰自我、面對選擇、處理人際。 <br />《乘風破浪的姐姐》是真人秀,最初成立宗旨是為了打造一個「30+ 女團」,找來30位以上的女藝人，年齡從30歲到50多歲不等，以主題表演,在舞台競賽中彼此較勁。 <br />節目分組作戰，每一輪的舞台表演由現場觀眾投票，最後將人氣排名最後幾位淘汰。最後留下,有人氣或許也有實力姐姐。 <br /> <br />第一季沒人看好，沒有劇本，靠的就是參與者的真實反應與努力。 <br /> 那一季的成功，讓後面每一季都被拿來比較。但隨著劇本感加重、角色設計明顯，原本的純粹，也就漸漸稀薄了。 <br />我會說《乘風》這節目值得推薦，不只是娛樂，而是它在某些時刻，真的是我們人生或職場的縮影。 <br />在節目裡，你會看到—— <br />🔸 有人剛進場就成為焦點，也有人默默耕耘才被注意； <br />🔸有人實力堅強沒有人氣,也只能早早出局 <br />🔸 有人靠情商、高人氣生存，有人靠專業技術拼到最後。 <br />是不是很像我們在職場的日常？ <br /> 團隊合作時，我們也需要互補、協作。被選上，往往是因為你能補齊那一塊、你有觀眾緣，或你願意配合團隊步調。 <br /> 有時你再努力，若沒有舞台、沒有被看到的機會，也難以發光。 <br />甚至就像那些選歌一樣，有時候不是你不夠好，而是你拿到的任務就是難打的牌。 <br />不過, 我一直覺得，《乘風》的強大，真正是在於它背後的企劃與資本運作。 <br /> 規則可以設計、票數可以引導、劇情可以鋪陳，連最後誰翻紅、誰被淘汰，有時可能也不完全是自然發展。觀眾還邊看邊罵。愈罵收視愈好。 <br />但這也就是現實，現實裡，我們以為是比能力，其實比的是平台、資源與運氣。 <br /> 正因如此，看節目會笑，但更多時候，也會讓人感到某種心有戚戚焉的疲倦。 <br />宅在家的時光，看似無所事事，卻可能讓你多了一些思考空間。 <br /> 不是每一次的電視時光都要有所啟發，但若剛好讓你想到一點生活、一點工作，那也是種意外的小收穫。 <br />在這個競爭與比較的年代，我們誰不是每天在自己的舞台上，努力站穩、爭取被看見？ <br /> 而當你一個人躲回家時，也不妨給自己一點喘息、從電視節目中偷點靈感吧。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>

【好享一個人】 EP04 說走就走-不妥協的旅行. Part 2 : 漫遊城市-羅馬
<p>歐洲有許多古老的城市，非常適合慢慢探索，而羅馬更是其中的代表。這座城市有著兩千多年的歷史，隨便走在街頭，都能感受到歷史的痕跡。要玩得盡興，我建議根據城市的大小來安排停留的時間。如果只是想走馬看花、打卡熱門景點，3-5天的行程就差不多了；但如果想更深入體驗，包含郊區探索，7天會是一個比較理想的天數。畢竟，羅馬不是一天建成的，我們的行程當然也不能太趕！</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>
