[The advice portion was as lightly-edited as possible, but I had to record the disclaimer for anybody who wouldn't want to hear advice from me immediately AFTER I'd recorded what follows it in the episode audio, and then edit it in directly BEFORE the advice is given in the episode. The audio was all from the same recording, though, and I walked back to the same spot and put my hand on the mountain in the same place while recording the disclaimer, so there's as much continuity as possible in that portion of this episode. -HK]
