<p>香港作家倪匡曾经说过，哪里有中国人，哪里就有金庸的小说。</p><p>哈佛大学田晓菲老师她对金庸现象是这么定义的，所谓的金庸现象，指的是他的武侠小说，在华人世界里得到了广泛的追捧，但是在外国人看来，似乎是一种文化在自娱自乐。</p><p>2001年提到软实力的文献的有两篇，2002年更可怕——才一篇，2003年也才两篇，但是到2007年的时候，突然全国的各种杂志发表了 292 篇文章，到2012年更是井喷状态，达到了 1002 篇，为什么 2007 年开始突然爆发式增长呢？那是因为 2007 年软实力被明确定为国家战略。</p><p>文化软实力——行为产生——才能起作用。</p>

<p>新年快乐！在迈入崭新的蛇年之际，让我们聊聊新年计划和时间管理。</p><p>灵感来自 Laura Vanderkam 的 TED 演讲《How to Gain Control of Your Free Time》，我将与大家分享那些让我受益匪浅的时间管理理念：</p><p>• <strong>We don’t build the lives we want by saving time. We build the lives we want, and time saves itself.</strong></p><p>我们并不能通过节省时间来过上我们想要的生活，而是通过创造想要的生活让时间自动流向优先事项。</p><p>• <strong>“I don’t have time” often means “It’s not a priority.”</strong></p><p>“没有时间”其实常常意味着“这不是我的优先事项”。</p><p>要做的是让我们先找到我们的优先级而不是去数字加减法时间！</p>
