<p>我们从出生起就有自己的与众不同之处，但是我们未必了解自己的优缺点，而是常常期待自己能改变本来不能改变的性格特征。网络上有很多有误导性的言论，比如我们要培养孩子的专注度，但事实上，专注度本身就是基因决定的。作为一个ADHDer，我天生就不能在不感兴趣的事物上集中注意力。我眼中的世界是五彩斑斓的，我能够注意到很多别人看不到的细节，但是当太多细节来的时候，我会崩溃，追求完美主义，开始拖延。因为天生敏感，我也是那个被别人说成“想太多，太敏感”的人。我曾经尝试通过和别人比较，向别人学习，来努力变成别人的样子，却没有意识到，每个人的人生都各不相同，每个人生都有各自的精彩。意识到自己的很多性格是因为ADHD引起的，我才开始学会尊重自己的性格，发掘自己每种性格背后的优点和缺点。接纳自己，才能够开始把注意力转向外部，去充分发挥自己的特长，过上自己想要的生活。</p>
