Hoe weer te leren luisteren naar wat ons lijf en gedragingen te vertellen hebben. Terug naar de eenheid, de heelheid, naar heling. Er is niet één vast uitgestippeld pad of één succesformule naar heling, er is alleen jouw pad. Maar als er afsplitsing blijft in de gezondheidszorg, hoe kunnen we dan heling verwachten? Micro is macro

Micro is macro Interne patronen worden gespiegeld door extrene output (of een gebrek daar aan 😅🙃) Alle informatie zit al in het patroon van het proces … En hoppa, daar stapte ik vol mijn eigen valkuil in. En daar zal ik vandaag iets uit delen, dusss ik ga even met de billen bloot. Heal_th gaat o.a. over de heelheid door eenheid en in dat proces het vinden van een weg, niet blindstaren op een voorop bedacht einddoel of specifieke uitkomst. Daarvoor het omarmen van het proces, het licht en donker en het samen dragen, vooral ‘het niet alleen hoeven doen’ ... Toch zat ik, de laatste paar weken, ‘actief’ voor HEAL_th, maar in mijn uppie, met mijn laptop onaangeroerd op schoot en gebeurde er ogenschijnlijk niets.

Bij deze pleit ik voor de herwaardering, de erkenning en de herkenning van DE HUPPEL. De erkenning voor wat DE HUPPEL is, wat deze brengt, wat deze te vertellen heeft en wat het heeft te vertellen als DE HUPPEL afwezig is. De vragen die beantwoord worden met DE HUPPEL of de vragen die DE HUPPEL oplevert. Mijn inziens een groots onderschatte beweging, welke van onschatbare inzichtgevende waarde is.
