Inner Child healing starts from within, reconnecting to the child that has lived through animosity that has wrecked havoc on the internal mind and self. Each one of us are on a spiritual journey, with lessons to learn. Society is affected by the suffering of mental illness and complex traumas, and every minute there is a human out there succumbing to suicide. Brittany is an author, owner of Rise Above Radio, and passionate for mental health. She has written articles for the Rochester Voice, Better Because Project, NoStigmas, Made of Million Foundation and the Scars of Survival magazine. Her self-published books can be found on Audible, Kindle, Barne's & Noble online, lulu.com and many others. You can also find Brittany's book Chasing Fireflies in the Rochester, Durham, Dover, Portsmouth and Manchester public library including the NH State Public Library. We gain experiences that help shape us into who we are today through every chapter of our lives. Some chapters may be about transformation, and some might be about feeling stuck, but we continue to turn the page. Often, the thought of giving up feels like the easier option before the next chapter even begins, for how beautiful the next chapter of transformation can be.
