Lawrence Lee has worked a variety roles within the private sector for decades. Due to a lifelong battle with ADHD, Lawrence has toiled in backbreaking vocations that have exposed him to extreme weather conditions, as well as having to endure numerous toxic office cultures that have often made him long for the peace of those extreme weather conditions. Along the way, he has had to endure and learn to work with a mentally distracting condition that was driving him to the brink, until he finally learned to dial down his own brain enough to achieve management and leadership roles within various companies that he's been a part of.
