<p>La historia clínica es un documento mediante el cual, el personal médico conoce el estado de salud del paciente a través de los datos de interrogatorio y de exploración física, los cuales deben de ser un reflejo fiel, descriptivo, no interpretativo, de tal manera que, a una mujer gestante, se le preguntarán aspectos generales y posteriormente, aspectos específicos de salud reproductiva.</p> <p>Para obtener información y atender a una mujer embarazada, el médico cuenta con una metodología el método clínico, un instrumento como la historia clínica y una forma de razonamiento particular de los médicos es el razonamiento clínico. Todas las instituciones de salud deben contar con formatos para elaborar la Historia Clínica HC de los pacientes de acuerdo con la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM 004-SSA3-2012.</p> <p>Es una historia clínica elaborada por el equipo 4 que esta conformado por:</p> <p>Aneli Maciel Medina Vidal.</p> <p>Frida Betsaida González Pérez.</p> <p>Miguel Ángel Bruno Herrera.</p> <p>Israel Orozco Romero.</p>
