受講生の自己効力感を高める
<p>ダンスに限らず、学習は継続的に取り組むことで知識が蓄積され他の知識と融合して拡大していきます。また身体的なテクニックの回数を重ねることで体の動きを脳が覚え無意識にまで染み込んでいって思い通りに動かすことができるようになります。こうした状態になるには、受講生にレッスンやトレーニングに定期的に取り組んでもらう必要があります。しかし実際には、途中でレッスンが続かなくなったり、またテクニックが伸び悩む状態に陥り、意欲が失われる受講生も多くいます。それを回避していくには、受講生の自己効力感を高めてあげて、自発的に課題にチャレンジしていく心理的な環境を整えることが大切です。</p>
