Fyrsti starfsmaður Sjónvarpsins
Í þættinum segir Pétur Guðfinnsson frá undirbúningi að stofnun Sjónvarpsins og upphafsárum þess. Pétur var fyrsti starfsmaður Sjónvarpsins. Það hóf útsendingar í septemberlok 1966 og var hann framkvæmdastjóri þess í rúm 30 ár. Pétur var útvarpsstjóri Ríkisútvarpsins í lok starfsferils síns 1997. Frásögn Péturs var hljóðrituð sumarið 2022, þegar hann var 93 ára. Þulur er Markús Örn Antonsson, fyrrum fréttamaður Sjónvarpsins og útvarpsstjóri RÚV.
