The year of 2023 marks the 30th anniversary of the HKMA and also the 25th anniversary of the BIS Representative Office for Asia and the Pacific in Hong Kong.
The HKMA-BIS Joint Conference, with the theme of “Future-proof Supervision for an Innovative Banking World”, will be Hong Kong’s first international meeting for the global financial regulatory community since its return to normal. HKMA has invited over 100 representatives from central banks and supervisory authorities, as well as leaders of financial institutions, to attend the Conference. Participants will discuss forward-looking issues for the banking industry.
2023年是香港金融管理局成立30周年，亦是國際結算銀行在香港的亞太區代表處成立25周年。
金管局與國際結算銀行合辦的「在創新時代下與時並進的銀行業監管」研討會，是香港復常後第一個金融監管界國際會議。金管局一共邀請了超過100名央行、監管機構和金融機構領袖出席，討論與銀行業相關的前瞻議題，包括監管機構和銀行如何應對瞬息萬變的金融環境、加密貨幣的未來發展等。
