[…] Because so many designers are like, oh, I can't get insurance unless it's a million dollars. I'm like, that's because... you're telling them you're managing contractors. And that's a big room for risk. And insurers are awful in that part, is that they're not really trying to protect you from risk. They're just trying to limit their liability. And that should tell you something as a designer that if you think your job is really doing construction project management, that's a really specialized field and not everyone has the expertise. […]
