It depends on many factors like 1. the cause of depression. 2.the gender of depressed person. 3. the move or death of loved ones. 4. the genetics. 5. it may be of no any cause or any reason. STATICS OF DEPRESSION IN INDIA:- 1.  OVER 1 lakh 35 thousands number of people commited suicide  in india in the year 2015 due to depression and it's figures are increasing day by day. 2. 17% people of the whole country are in depression in india. 3. The youngsters and children are more prone to depression .It become so common in india that every Second person is in depression.        STATICS OF DEPRESSION IN THE WORLD:- Depression is also so common in the world that over 8 lakh people committed suicide every year. Symptoms of depression A sudden increase or decrease in weight in previous 5 to 6 months.Feeling guilty for something and speaking about what if....... I did it a couple of years ago then  I am be  now in another place............Feelings like lonely,retarded,tired,unhappy are very common in depression.''Disturbed sleep cycle "sleep more often and sleep lesss than 7-8 hours are both sign of depression and lead to several heart and internal body diseases.   what are the different tips  to to overcome depression are as follows:- 1. Whenever you feel low or uncomfortable then you must go out for a ride for a walk. It sounds simple but its impact is so much large and satisfying . 2. The second one is exercise you know the most of the disease are killed by exercise because when we exercise the cortisol hormone in the body reduces the cortisol  is a stress hormone. Exercise also produce endorphins chemical which is a a painkiller for brain. 3. Keep yourself busy as as more as possible. Its seems to be easy to be busy but you have to busy in the right things and in the right direction. Person don't do any work they tend to be in the phase of overthinking. Overthinking is not wrong but it must be in right direction and in the right things.
