Speaking from experience in my country Nigeria, ignorance is a major stumbling block to healthy living of people. When people hear of 'health condition', they tend to think of critical situations whereas even as little as dizziness is a health condition. From the podcast title, "Healthea" is a derivative of healthier by replacing 'thier' with my nickname, Thea. Good health should never be underrated. I want you to be Healthea!

I promise you, as crazy as it sounds, if I asked you to write me a long list of all the illnesses you know, you'd run out of ideas and you still wouldn't have mentioned over 2,000😂 You'd be intrigued to know that if you didn't get along with how you look, your body size or anything concerning your physiology, there's a name for it! In this episode, for each segment, I'd do the much I can to review these medical conditions, symptoms, if applicable, remedy as well as preventive measures. Don't forget, I want you to be Healthea!
