At the moment we're focusing on online pedagogy, and how to redesign face-to-face courses to take advantage of advances in online tools, learning management systems and distance learning techniques.</p> <p>In this episode, we're talking to Chris Williams from Masaryk University's Language Centre about group cohesion. We talk about how to design group cohesion into our courses and why we should bother. I ask the question, isn't it just extra work for the teacher? We also talk about lessons learnt along the way and how to recover from non-cohesive groups. And lastly, we talk about what sort of numbers might work best.</p> <p><br></p>
