About IDG Leadership Hub Jersey
The founders of the Jersey IDG Leadership Hub (Melissa Chester, Jason Laity and Dr Chris Edmond) introduce the Inner Development Goals framework. The Inner Development Goals framework (IDG framework) is designed to help guide the development of those essential skills and qualities needed to address the SDGs and accelerate progress towards a more sustainable future. The framework and supporting toolkit is open source and free to use. In this episode we explore the first two of the five dimensions - Being and Thinking.
