About If You Don’t Like My Gate, Don’t Swing On It
I feel like we all have a crazy or an amazing story or two to tell. Something that has changed your life for the good, the bad, or maybe it’s something that has led you in a direction you never thought possible. If you’d like to share it, we’d love to hear it. Reach out, and let’s have some fun together....and maybe create something we can all be proud to be a part of!
Welcome back everyone. Thank you for staying tuned,
I wanted to go in a different direction with this episode and bring a little humor into the podcast. I know my previous episodes have been a little on the darker side, but there is so much more to me than just doom and gloom. lol I hope you enjoy these 3 crazy stories. They are completely separate from one another but still a fun listen regardless.
My interview series is coming soon, and we'll be able to sit down with some guests (JRE Style) and tell some even more crazy and amazing true tales.
Until then, If You Don't Like My Gate, Don't Swing On It.

To No Avail - Bones
(V1)
Looming large is the sinful nature.
We can win without becoming the taker.
Wake me up when it’s all over
In this forgotten enclosure.
Falling hard as the ground is shaken.
Bombs hit with the force awakened.
Make a wish on a falling star
Before it takes everything we are!
(Chorus)
To the left is the devil at large.
To the right is the guardian in charge.
Opposing poles on the whole repel.
It’s the final war within a dying cell.
Bones fall with a single fracture...
The mind fires while the heart is captured!
Bones are left in an open grave...
It’s what is left of the fallen brave!
(V2)
Death hunts for the wounded challenger.
Mortality is the final balancer.
Left for dead is a dying will.
Avenge until we kill,
everything that stands in our way.
Look around, everything is now prey.
Count me out! This war is empty!
All for the power you envy!
(Bridge)
But we will stand for what is right!
Oh we will stand for what is right!
As tragedy befalls.
Our brothers by our side.
There’s open ended nothingness.
With their lost and lonely guides.
But we will stand for what is right!
Oh we will stand for what is right!
A flickering of light
Puts colours in their eyes.
It fills the open spaces with another sunrise...
Chorus)
To the left is the devil at large.
To the right is the guardian in charge.
Opposing poles on the whole repel.
It’s the final war within a dying cell.
Bones fall with a single fracture...
The mind fires while the heart is captured!
Bones are left in an open grave...
It’s what is left of the fallen brave!

My Story: Part 2
Welcome back to part 2 of my story folks. When I started writing all this I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with it. I’m happy to be able to share it with you through this format. I will say that being stuck in my own head for so long certainly gave me the tools to express my feelings, implementing those tools however was an entirely different task. I always told myself I wanted to have the vocabulary so that when I found the ability to use my voice I could unleash the verbal payload of a nuke....stay tuned for episode 3.....that nuke is going to detonate!! ...but I promise, from beneath those smouldering ashes, new life can emerge over time. Thanks for sticking around folks and as always, If You Don’t Like My Gate, Don’t Swing on it!
