Il coinvolgimento emotivo del medico
In questa puntata, ragioniamo dell'investimento emotivo che il medico ha nella relazione con il paziente. <br />Faremo riferimento a due concezioni della medicina: desease centered e patient-centered.<br />Infine, considereremo alcune buone pratiche adottate negli Stati Uniti e che hanno dato luogo al modello della "difesa incrociata" o della "convenienza altruistica".<br /><br />Gli esempi di buone pratiche nella relazione medico-paziente ed i riferimenti agli studiosi, citati in questo episodio, sono contenuti nel volume di Giovanni Scarafile "Mind the Gap.
