You're in the throes of grief and you are asked "how are you doing?" How do you answer? "I'm fine." But you're not fine. Grief can be isolating so what if we shared it? What if we candidly talked about the many forms of grief, trauma and loss? Good friends, Jen Hasty and Thomas Webb have both experienced loss.
