Stop “Shoulding” on Yourself

Let’s talk all about our greedy gremlins, boundaries, honoring your priorities, and listening to that inner voice. In this episode, we talk about thanking the people who have been catalysts for transformation in your life, starting with my (Jess) deep gratitude for Maggie’s impact on my life. What happens: I (Jess) talk how Maggie has helped me remember that there is space for all of who I am—all of the mystical and mundane parts. I’ve been in Maggie’s program, Self Mastery Academy, and it’s the narrative shift I’ve needed! Maggie talks about how important the balance of the masculine and feminine energy in our lives and how we complement each other in our friendship with these energies as needed. Also, she talks about the power of regularly going “inward” throughout your day to nurture yourself and know yourself more to understand your capacities, boundaries, and truth. We want you to know that You are doing so much, so please have compassion for all that you are. You are enough. Episode Guidepost: STOP “SHOULDING” ON YOURSELF Subscribe for randomly published episodes, and keep the conversation going with us by sharing your thoughts or the episode with anyone you have in mind.
