About I'm With the Banned - WIUX
In I’m With the Banned, host Mac Stone explores censorship in music. Why do we censor music and other media in the ways that we do, and why do certain artists get censored more than others? Mac also looks into social events to see how they can impact the way we think about what is acceptable in artists and their music. Starting from the beginning of broadcast radio all the way until today, Mac looks into the broad history of music censorship around the world.
