Noodle me This - Okinawa Soba
<p>Nothing says “proudly Okinawan” like Okinawa soba. This delicious noodle variety from the southern prefecture of Japan is not related in any shape or form to Nihon soba (buckwheat noodles) from the Japanese mainland.
