Ella es traductora e intérprete de la lengua quechua y una de las fundadoras de la Organización Nacional de Mujeres Indígenas, Andinas y Amazónicas del Perú, ONAMIAP. </p> <p>En este episodio, conversamos con Gladys de la cosmovisión de la cultura quechua y de sus valores, de cómo ha vivido y enfrentado la discriminación y cómo a través de la relación con su abuela aprendió a amar su lengua y cultura. Ella define la interculturalidad como hablar en igualdad de condiciones entre pueblos, como "sentarse en forma circular. </p> <p>Finalmente, Gladys, hace referencia a la necesidad de pensar en un ñuqanchik, un nosotros que incluya a todos los peruanos frente al bicentenario de la independencia del país así como a la importancia de involucrar a los pueblos indígenas en el diseño y desarrollo de políticas públicas. </p>
