<p>Erfahrungsbericht über meine erste Hot Yogasession ever! Kein Schritt ins Ungewisse wenn Du diese Folge gehört hast, weisst Du sehr genau was Bikram Yoga oder eben auch Hot Yoga genannt mit sich bringt. Ich gebe Infos über Sequenz und Ablauf. Teile, was mich zum schmunzeln gebracht hat und die Learnings die ich in diesem wirklich aussergewöhnlichen Training hatte. Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung! </p> <p>Tauch ein und lass Dich mit meiner humorvollen Art durch eine schöne Session leiten.
