She is the founder of Into the Garden We Grow, a faith-based nonprofit and media platform rooted in storytelling, discipleship, and leadership development for women navigating life’s many seasons.</p><p></p><p>Alongside her nonprofit work, Kristen is the CEO of a family-owned business and brings over two decades of leadership experience building teams, mentoring women, and guiding organizations through growth and change. Her passion is creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to bloom where they are planted. Through honest conversation, faith, and community, Kristen helps others discover that even in hard soil, something beautiful can grow.</p><p></p><p><strong>Alina Mollenhour</strong> is a wife, devoted mother of six, Board Vice President of the faith-based nonprofit Into the Garden We Grow and entrepreneur with a deep heart for ministry. Originally from Romania, her life has been shaped by a love for Jesus and a passion for serving others. Through her testimony, encouragement, and authentic faith, she inspires people to grow closer to God, walk in purpose, and experience the transforming power of His love. Alina is passionate about helping others find hope, healing, and freedom in Christ, and she considers it a joy and calling to share His love wherever God opens the door.</p><p></p><p><strong>Kelly Gutowski</strong> is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in trauma-informed, faith-based mental health care and serves as Board Secretary of Into the Garden We Grow. She is also a devoted wife and mother, bringing both professional expertise and lived compassion into her work.
