<p>Today we reflect on utter dependence on Jesus in everything, only possible of the Holy Spirit applying the work that Jesus completed on the cross! Because once we grasp the cross was also a symbol of His wrath (God) on His perfect Son (Jesus) against OUR sins (that is, the elect), we realize total and entire dependence on Him is all we need - and apart from Him, our souls are tragically sick and broken. Jesus never expects perfection - but He promises transformation in us.</p><p><br></p>
