Rumah Tangga Sendiri alias Otonomi Daerah

Otonomi daerah pada dasarnya berfungsi untuk memperbaiki kesejahteraan rakyat Indonesia. Mengingat sejarah pembentukan pemerintahan daerah yang sangat panjang dari awal abad ke 20ㅡsaat masih dibawah jajahan Kolonial Belanda, hingga abad ke 21 dalam wabah pandemi Covid-19. Disaat genting seperti ini, Pemerintah Daerah saling sibuk mengurus urusan rumah tangga masing-masing mengatur anggaran, perencanaan penanggulangan, infrastruktur yang beralih fungsi sebagai tempat isolasi, pemberian vaksin, dan lain-lain yang sebenarnya menjadi salah satu waktu yang tepat bagi masyarakat dan pejabat untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kinerja sang pemimpin rumah tangga daerah. PP no. 57 tahun 2021 mengenai Penghapusan MatKul Pend. Pancasila di Perguruan Tinggi, Pendapat Aku!

Berdasarkan artikel yang saya baca di https://m.mediaindonesia.com/politik-dan-hukum/398337/pusat-studi-pancasila-ugm-minta-pp-no-57-tahun-2021-dibatalkan , pendapat yang dikemukakan oleh Bapak Agus Wahyudi PhD terhadap PP no 57 tahun 2021 ini sangat tepat sasaran mengingat Pancasila merupakan salah satu fundamental negara kita. Dengan menghapuskan mata kuliah Pend. Pancasila di pendidikan tinggi, apalagi mahasiswa merupakan generasi emas penerus bangsa yang sangat riskan untuk mendapatkan berbagai aliran pemahaman yang sangat bertentangan dengan makna pancasila seperti radikalisme, terorisme, komunisme, dll. Juga, Indonesia telah mengalami krisis moral. Dengan dihapusnya mata kuliah ini, ditakutkan presentase tingkat penurunan krisis moral akan meningkat tajam. Saya berharap pemerintah dapat berpikir ulang mengenai kebijakan ini yang akan sangat berdampak terhadap generasi emas bangsa Indonesia di tingkat pendidikan tinggi yang mana pada masa ini, pemikiran kritis juga unik mulai semakin berkembang setelah masa sekolah menengah.
