Journey Sessions is the podcast where we talk about one take away from our last counseling, coaching or therapy sessions, or if you don't go anymore what was your biggest overall take away. I am passionate about tearing down the stigma of asking for help and gaining tools to help make us more loving humans to one another. By talking about what we talk about or have talked about in our sessions I believe it will help normalize the topic as part of our whole health.
