<p>We all go through seasons in our lives. I believe I'm at the shedding/pruning stage and it's painful. Difficult to the point where anxiety has kicked in the doors that held me mentally stable. It's new territory and I'm scared.</p> <p>My soul craves stillness and clarity but doesn't know how to. But I'm giving myself permission to feel and experience these new and old emotions, to let them be, give them a voice and then let them go.</p>
